Doukhobor Dugout House Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our guests and our small historic property, we have established the following cancellation policy.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy for Full Refund

You may cancel your reservation for a full refund of your $250.00 payment, provided you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled PM check-in PM time
Cancellations must be made by phone or email using the contact information provided on your booking confirmation.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your check-in time are considered late cancellations.
Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior notice are considered no-shows.
For both late cancellations and no-shows, the full $250.00 cost of the one-night stay will be charged and is non-refundable.

Early Departures

If you choose to check out before your reserved departure date, you are responsible for the full amount of your original reservation. No refunds will be issued for unused nights.

Exceptions & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the rare event that the Doukhobor Dugout House must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, maintenance issues, or utility failure), you will receive a full and immediate refund of your $250.00 payment.
