ELLIANNA

Where Heritage Meets Tomorrow
Join us for the official ribbon cutting and unveiling of Ellianna Guest House, a remarkable new addition to the Doukhobor Dugout House National Historic Site of Canada. Discover how the past meets the future in a structure inspired by the building methods of 1899, featuring interlocking timbers and traditional craftsmanship that echoes the ingenuity of those who built with what the land provided.
Explore the unique construction, including custom-crafted log beds made from timbers from the land itself, and learn how this traditional building concept has been brought into the present. Named for Brenda’s granddaughter, Ellianna represents the next generation and the continuation of a heritage story that began in 1899.
Celebrate with us as we cut the ribbon, unveil Ellianna and open the doors to a new way of experiencing this historic place. Designed for families, friends and groups, Ellianna sleeps five to six guests.
